The Techno Industries SBU is headed by Mpho Mosweu. It concentrates on projects and investments in the following sectors:
- Information technology
- Telecommunications
- Electronics
- Electrical services
Who should apply for finance
While each proposal is considered on its particular merit, preference is given to:
- Projects which exhibit economic merit in terms of profitability and sustainability
- Projects that have proven technology and an established and growing customer base
- Projects that have a significant impact e.g. job creation, rural development, export generation/ Africa development/ SME/ HDP
- Modernisation, expansions, BEE Acquisitions, project and trade finance
