The issue of transportation has been the focus of attention during October as the country celebrates National Transport Month. In this edition of Access, we speak to Kugan Thaver, Head of the IDC's Transport, Financial Services and Other SBU which focuses on proactively identifying and developing market opportunities that result in the promotion of entrepreneurship, facilitation of transport links and access to finance in transport services. Key focus areas include road freight, logistics, maritime, aviation and the bus sector. We look at some of the projects and initiatives currently underway and making news in the transport sector.
